Fabulous care from start to finish. My daughter of 5 came along too see (I don't want her to be frightened), the staff let her join in and press buttons on tests at beginning, made her feel special, she loved it. Put me completely at ease. He was amazing. Optometrist great, explained in great detail and now no longer need glasses, just self help.

I went to purchase new spectacles after receiving having an eye test elsewhere. We were helped by the assistant Aneesa who was great. Very good manner, easy to tak to and was very knowledgeable about all the different types of spectacle finishes. It was a real pleasure to deal with her and I purchased two pair of glasses,

I have previously had problems with my glasses from other opticians, so I thought I would give boots a try. As I was browsing a young man promptly asked if he could help. I explained that I was concerned about buying glasses due to previous problems elsewhere but needed my new prescription that I had brought with me. He spoke very highly of his colleague Amiah and introduced me to her explaining that she could help. Amiah was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, taking the time to analyse my previous glasses and understand my difficulties, she went on to choose the most suitable frame and varifocal for me with ease and confidence. Although I spent a little more than I had anticipated, I understood the reasons for this. I have now since collected my new glasses and I can honestly say they are the best I've ever had. Bit confusing and conflicting advise . Came with a voucher from work but wasn't allowed my free pair as I needed them for reading as well as VDU . Had trouble with my periferal vision was told to go back with my pair of pound land glasses to have it checked again . Kept giving advise then back tracking wasn't very smooth . Didn't seem to know what they were doing .
